STAFF BIOS
My training started in 1995 after a South East Asian tour that took me to Thailand. There I experienced the benefits of Thai massage. When I returned to the United States, I enrolled at National Holistic Institute in Emeryville California. Since then I have studied many different forms of bodywork and worked in a number of clinical environments with various health practitioners constantly learning and honing my skills as a manual therapist. Muscle Therapy is located in the Palm Springs Acupuncture Center.
Specializing in Deep Tissue work, my therapeutic approach consists of integrating several forms of manual therapy. Some of these include neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, myofacial release work and myoskeletal, and positional release techniques.
Over the years I have discovered that true healing comes from within and that when we connect with this amazing ability, marvelous things can occur.
I have been privileged over the years to be involved in this discovery process with many clients from all walks of life.
